1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Ads Doctor application or website, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Ads Doctor is a tool that helps you analyze and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads. It provides recommendations about ad performance but does not guarantee results.
3. User Accounts
You need to create an account to access premium features. You are responsible for the security of your account information. You must immediately report any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Payment and Subscription
Premium subscription terms:
- Payments are securely processed through Stripe
- Subscriptions automatically renew
- You can cancel anytime, access continues until the end of the current period
5. Prohibited Uses
The following uses are strictly prohibited:
- Using the service for illegal purposes
- Attempting to harm the system
- Blocking other users' access
6. Disclaimer
Ads Doctor is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee ad performance or business results. Use app recommendations at your own discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ads Doctor cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are subject to German law. Disputes will be resolved in German courts.
